Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mishkaya purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original Mishkaya packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at mishkaya.official@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for approval. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic orders).
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
