Returns & Exchanges
Our 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mishkaya purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Video Unboxing Required: You must provide an unedited unboxing video of the package from opening to inspecting the product to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Manufacturing Defects Only: Products will only be returned or exchanged in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at mishkaya.official@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for approval. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic orders).
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
