All products displayed on our website are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, pattern alignment, and texture. These variations are inherent to the hand block printing process and are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship — not defects.
Prices are listed in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $150 (or equivalent). Domestic shipping within India is free on all orders.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
